We have a fabulous, modern, spacious, pet friendly caravan that is situated on a beautiful south facing pitch, within minutes drive of Perranporth Beach. The deck has luxury dining furniture for upto 6 people to enjoy outdoor living. With 3 bedrooms and ensuite toilet to master. The whole family can relax and unwind together. Situated on a lovely family park, on the North Coast of Cornwall in the most perfect location. There are lots of things, locally, for the whole family to do.

The space
A luxury, modern, larger than average, 3 bedroom caravan, ideally situated on Newperran Holiday Resort, on the North Coast of Cornwall, in between Perranporth and Newquay.
We are within a few minutes drive, to many of the best beaches in Cornwall, which include Perranporth, Holywell, Crantock, Polly Joke, Fistral and all the beaches of Newquay. Again, just a short drive away are beautiful harbour towns and villages such as Newquay, St Ives, Padstow, St Agnes, Falmouth or indeed the South Coast. It really is such a great location to explore Cornwall.
Comfort and relaxation is our main aim for you to enjoy your holiday. A welcome pack will be waiting for your arrival.
The caravan has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, which is a fabulous social space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, to enjoy family meals together. With front patio doors leading onto a south facing, larger than average secure wrap-a-round decking which has luxury patio dining furniture for 6 people to enjoy outside living. The sunrises and sunsets from the decking are wonderful.

You enter the caravan through a spacious entrance hall, which has ample storage, for shoes and coats, and this separates the bedrooms from the living area with a door.

Onsite, you will benefit from the use of the beautiful indoor heated swimming pool and bar / restaurant ( opening hours are dependant on site and cannot be guaranteed, please send me a message to find out further updated details ).

Also, there is a Launderette, outdoor play frame and small indoor amusement arcade.
