Enjoy a lovely family and pet friendly break in our wonderful 2 bed caravan. Located on a quiet area of the resort. On a brilliant, south facing plot, with a larger than average, glass fronted deck, to enjoy alfresco dining. The resort has a fantastic heated indoor pool and bar / restaurant serving wonderful food and drink.

The caravan is located in a beautiful part of Cornwall, along the North Coast, and is perfect to explore Perranporth, Newquay, St Ives, Crantock, Holywell, Padstow and all of Cornwall.

The surrounding beaches are amazing and families will love all the water sports.

The space
A beautifully presented, luxury, spacious, modern 2-bedroom caravan. It has a south facing patio, with comfortable dining furniture, where you can enjoy the Cornish sun from morning till night (of course when the sun is shining!). The sunrises and sunsets from the deck are beautiful. You will be able to enjoy the peaceful location with a glass of wine or coffee, just taking in the beautiful views of the Cornish countryside or enjoy alfresco dining on the glass fronted deck which has a table and 4 chairs for you and your family. On a clear day, you will even get a glimpse of the sea. The deck is fully enclosed with a gate, to keep your dog/s safe.

The caravan and site are perfect for your family and your dog/s. All the resort facilities are included in the price you pay, there are absolutely no hidden charges. You can enjoy fun times together as a family in the large indoor heated pool, which also has a small toddler pool attached. There is an outdoor play frame and a games room to keep your younger ones entertained. There are plenty of paths and fields to walk, which will be sure to keep your four-legged friend happy as well.

You can enjoy a lovely meal and drink in the onsite bar and restaurant (opening times are dependant on the site).

Inside the caravan, is a comfortable lounge with free standing 3-seater and 2-seater sofa's and a coffee table with lamp. A cosy electric fire with lovely lighting is the main focus of the living area.  The lounge has a 43-inch smart TV. You will also benefit from Wi-Fi.

There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine, a full-size fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. It has a free-standing dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy your family meals together. The kitchen has everything that you will need to enjoy a home from home, comfortable holiday.

The caravan is tailored towards a family, so you will benefit from the property having 2 full bathrooms. The king-size master bedroom has a large ensuite, where there is a bath, shower over the bath, sink, and toilet to give the adults their own space. The main caravan bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet to let the children have their own space as well. This is also ideal for 2 couples. 

There is a central hall in which all the rooms lead off. Along here, you will find access to the shower room, twin bedroom, and master bedroom.

The king-size bed has a mattress topper on to make sure you have a really comfortable night's sleep. In the master bedroom, you will also find a dressing table with stool, a mirror on the wall, fitted wardrobes, overhead storage, and 2 bedside tables with lighting and USB ports and plug sockets at the side of the bed. It also has a 24-inch wall mounted smart TV. You will not be short of storage space here.

Within a short 15-minute stroll, you will find a local pub called The New Inn,  Goonhavern Garden Centre, which has a delightful café, and a local Londis shop for all your holiday needs.

Within a short drive, you will also have your choice of supermarkets, such as, Morrisons, Asda, Aldi, Lidl and Sainsburys. You may even choose to have a grocery shop delivered to the caravan. If you would like to do this, please let me know and I can help.

The caravan is only a short drive from very popular tourist areas, Truro, Perranporth, Newquay, Padstow, St Agnes, St Ives, Porthtowan, and Portreath to name just a few. The local beaches of Perranporth, Holywell, Crantock, Newquay, and many more are brilliant for cave exploring, water sports, and just spending time with the family.

A bus stop is also conveniently located near the site as well.

All in all, I am sure you, your family and dog/s, will be delighted with your stay in our caravan.

Guest access
On the outside, you will find 4 steps leading up to the door. The caravan comes with its own drive that comfortably fits 2 cars. If you don't fancy driving, at the entrance to Newperran Holiday Park, you will find a bus stop that serves all the local areas, including Newquay, St Agnes, Truro and Perranporth. Of course, there are ample local taxi firms that will pick you up from the caravan.
