The local beaches of Perranporth, Holywell, Polly Joke, Crantock, Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne, Great Western, Watergate Bay, Newquay, and many more are brilliant for cave exploring, water sports, and just spending time with the family.


Perranporth has a most wonderful tidal pool in the Iconic Chapel Rock, that people enjoy a swim in.

The Boathouse - Street Food on the Beach

The Fish House is a Michelin Rated seafood restaurant in Newquay, located on the world famous Fistral Beach and it is just a stones throw from the sea, with outstanding views. The inspiration for their food comes straight from the sea, using locally caught fish and shell fish straight from Newquay harbour.



Padstow



Padstow, a picturesque fishing town on Cornwall’s North Coast, is renowned for its charming harbour, vibrant culinary scene, and stunning coastal views. Famous for its fresh seafood and home to several renowned restaurants, including those of celebrity chefs, Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. Padstow has become a culinary hotspot. You can take a wonderful boat ride or sea safari from here, which I am sure the whole family will enjoy.

St Agnes

St Ives



St Ives is famed for its stunning beaches, thriving arts scene, and charming cobbled streets. Once a traditional fishing village, it has evolved into a vibrant cultural hub, home to the renowned Tate St Ives gallery and numerous artist studios. With its beautiful golden sands and turquoise waters, St Ives is perfect for beachgoers, surfers, and anyone looking to soak up the coastal beauty. A real treat would be to take a boat ride to see the seals and dolphins which swim around the Cornwall Coast.

Based in the heart of Cubert, The Village Chippy is all about the family, friendly feel. Whether you’re a local or a visitor to the Cornish seaside, they would love to welcome you in and provide you with a delicious and freshly prepared meal. They use locally sourced and cut potatoes for their freshly cooked chips, as well as freshly cooked to order fish which is sustainably sourced. An added bonus, is that you can pre-order your food.

This is a stylish beach house restaurant located next to the beach in Mawgan Porth. Head to Catch for freshly cooked seafood and coast inspired dishes from top chefs with stunning coastal views.

No.4 Bistro - Perranporth



Based in the heart of Perranporth, No.4 Bistro is a Dog Friendly restaurant that serves breakfast from 9am-11:30, lunch from 12pm-3pm and dinner 5pm-Late.



Crantock Beach



Crantock is close to Newquay and has a stunning beach, with a long stretch of golden sand sitting at the mouth of the Gannel estuary.

The beach is backed by sand dunes, with the wildlife-rich grasslands of Rushy Green rising up behind them. At the far end of the beach is the headland of Pentire Point West. This small stretch of coast and the slopes above Polly Joke beach are popular in early summer for their amazingly vibrant displays of wildflowers and the world famous Poppy Fields.

There are walks to enjoy taking in the Gannel and Crantock village, or you could follow the South West Coast Path for far-reaching views along the coast beyond West Pentire.
